Molecular insights into healthspan and human performance

VO Health is developing a new generation of blood-based biomarkers designed to measure how the body actually functions, adapts, and performs. By combining advanced multi-omics with gold-standard measures of human physiology, VO Health translates complex molecular data into meaningful insights about metabolic health, cardiorespiratory fitness, recovery, and functional capacity.

Unlike traditional biomarkers that primarily identify disease or disease risk, VO Health focuses on measuring the biology of health and performance. Within the Yunara ecosystem, these insights complement our clinical assessments and performance testing, helping us better understand each member’s physiology and track how it changes over time.

Through our partnership with VO Health, Yunara members will have access to emerging biomarker technology designed to help make healthspan measurable, actionable, and personal.
